Job Description

We're seeking a driven, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative / Territory Manager to lead sales efforts across Mississippi and Northern Louisiana. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue across an established product and service portfolio.

As the face of the business in your territory, you'll represent a trusted leader in transport temperature-control solutions. You will promote and sell the full suite of offerings including parts, maintenance programs, repair services, and complete unit installations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, manage, and grow relationships with fleets, owner-operators, and commercial accounts throughout the region.
  • Drive sales across all product lines including aftermarket parts, scheduled service, emergency repair, and full unit sales.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the right mix of products and services.
  • Manage a defined geographic territory with regular on-site client visits.
  • Prepare presentations, quotes, and follow-up documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery, and after-sales support.
  • Track performance metrics, pipeline updates, and progress toward goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in outside sales, territory management, or business development.
  • Knowledge of transportation, trucking, or HVAC/technical products is valued but not required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a large multi-state territory.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout Mississippi and northern Louisiana.
